The Anxiety Clinic, operated by Victoria Irving Hardy
1. Introduction
By booking or attending a session with The Anxiety Clinic, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms explain how services are provided, your responsibilities as a client, and the professional standards maintained by Victoria Irving Hardy.
2. Nature of Services
The Anxiety Clinic provides emotional wellbeing services including EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, Matrix Reimprinting, and belief system work.
These services support emotional balance and personal growth, they are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
Clients should continue prescribed medication and any medical treatment advised by their healthcare provider.
3. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential.
Information shared will only be disclosed if there is a legal requirement, there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, or you provide written consent for specific information to be shared.
Confidentiality is maintained in line with professional ethics and applicable data protection laws.
4. Session Details
Each session lasts one hour.
Sessions are available in person, online, or via phone, according to your preference.
Every session is tailored to your needs in a calm, supportive, non judgmental space.
After your session, allow time for rest or self care, as emotional processing may continue.
5. Fees and Payments
Initial consultation, Free.
Adult session, £135.
Youth session, £110.
1,1 day session, four hours, £495.
Block of five sessions, Adults £600, Youth £500.
Payment is due at least 24 hours before the session to confirm your booking.
Payment details are provided at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
Missed sessions without notice are non refundable.
If Victoria needs to cancel or reschedule, you will receive as much notice as possible and an alternative time will be offered.
7. Client Responsibility
The Anxiety Clinic offers guidance and tools to support wellbeing, but responsibility for personal health and progress remains with the client.
Results vary by individual.
Sessions complement, not replace, medical or mental health treatment when needed.
8. Online and Phone Sessions
For online sessions, please ensure a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.
The same confidentiality and professionalism apply as in person sessions.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is stored securely and handled in accordance with GDPR and Isle of Man data protection laws.
Your information is used only for administering sessions and related communication, it is never sold or shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
10. Ethical Practice
Victoria Irving Hardy practices with professionalism, respect, integrity, and compassion.
Sessions are client led, ensuring you remain in control of the pace and focus of the work.
