What’s the Process?

The journey begins with an initial consultation, a relaxed 20-minute chat that can take place online, over the phone, or in person. This is a gentle conversation where you can share what you’d like support with, ask questions, and get a feel for how the process works. It’s also an opportunity to see if this approach feels right for you, with no pressure or obligation to continue.
During our sessions, we start by talking through what’s been happening for you and how anxiety or stress is showing up in your life. You don’t need to prepare or know exactly what to say, as I’ll guide the conversation in a way that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
Once we have a clearer picture, we may begin using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), a gentle tapping method that calms the body’s alarm system and helps you release emotional tension. If EFT feels new or uncertain at first, that’s completely fine, I’ll guide you step by step. As we work, we explore and reframe the beliefs behind anxious or negative thought patterns, helping you feel more balanced and in control.
Every session is tailored to you, moving at your pace, and focused on helping you find calm, clarity, and confidence in a safe, supportive space.

Session Details

Each session lasts around an hour, though some may run a little longer depending on what comes up during our work together. I always allow the time needed for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without feeling rushed. Every session is unique, shaped around your needs and where you are on your journey.
Sessions can take place in person, online, or over the phone, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. Many people enjoy the calm and connection of in-person sessions, while others prefer the ease and privacy of working from home. Both options are equally effective, so it’s completely your choice.
After each session, I recommend giving yourself some gentle time to rest and process. The work we do can bring up powerful emotions and insights, and it’s important to allow your mind and body space to settle and integrate the changes. A walk, quiet reflection, or some extra self-care afterward can be very beneficial.

FAQs

Everyone’s journey is different, so the number of sessions can vary from person to person. Some people notice real shifts after just a few sessions, while others prefer to work at a steadier pace over several weeks or months. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss what feels realistic and comfortable for you. There’s no set rule or pressure, healing takes the time it needs, and we’ll move at your pace.

It’s completely normal to feel unsure or hesitant about trying something new, especially if you haven’t experienced EFT before. Our sessions are always led by you, and I’ll guide you gently through every step. If tapping feels uncomfortable or too intense at any point, we can adapt the session to focus more on conversation or other grounding techniques. The aim is for you to feel safe, supported, and in control at all times.

Yes, absolutely. Some clients prefer to start online and later move to in-person sessions, while others do the opposite. You can choose whichever format works best for your lifestyle and comfort level. Both options are equally effective, and the most important thing is that you feel relaxed and ready to engage in the process.
